The Reef Of Corposum.

The reef is located where Corposum Island used to be. Due to a volcanic eruption, the island sank below the surface of the water. Most of the island’s inhabitants perished, but a small community of about three hundred people managed to escape. They are called the followers of Andruma.

The island’s first settlers were exiles. They were exiled to it from the island of Ealios by Norian. Norian was the military minister (and brother) of King Becornezer, who rebelled against him and dethroned him.

A war broke out on the island of Ealios between the loyalists of King Becornezer and the loyalists of the Minister of War Norian. It lasted three years. At the end, a surrender agreement was signed. In the agreement, Becornezer pledged to exile, along with his loyalists, the inhabitants of the Yuragan and Kumara regions to two distant islands called Corposum and Cartica.

For almost twenty generations, the inhabitants lived on the island in peace and tranquility until it suddenly sank beneath the sea.

Fifty years after the disaster, the survivors returned to the site and erected a statue of the prophetess Andruma there. At the base of the statue is engraved the prophetess’ blessing: May the Lord of the Sea have mercy on you. May peace be upon you.

If you want to visit there, you can take a cruise ship from the port of Tori. The voyage takes about a month. The flotilla usually includes other attractive sites along the way, such as the Siren Cliffs in Komokur, the Cyclops Island of Ticonia, and more.
